Welcome to Rendr Flow. By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services
Rendr Flow provides 3D rendering, animation, and visualisation services for construction and interior design professionals. Our work includes rendered still images, animations, and related project visualisations.

2. Quotes & Estimates

• All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

• Quotes are based on the scope of work provided. Changes to project details may result in revised costs and delivery timelines.
   

3. Payments

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due before final delivery.

• For monthly or multi-month retainers, payment is due in advance at the start of each billing cycle.

• Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per week overdue.
   

4. Retainer Plans

• Retainer plans are billed in 3-month or 6-month terms unless otherwise agreed.

• The 6-month retainer offers a reduced rate compared to the 3-month plan.

• Early termination of a retainer plan will incur a cancellation fee equal to one month’s fee.
   

5. Revisions

• Each project includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged at our hourly rate.

• Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the draft work.
   

6. Delivery & Deadlines

• Delivery dates will be agreed upon before work begins.

• Delays caused by late provision of materials, approvals, or feedback will extend the delivery timeline.
   

7. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate project details, drawings, and references before work begins.

• All required files must be supplied in the agreed formats.
   

8. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights remain with Rendr Flow until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for the agreed purpose.

• Rendr Flow retains the right to use completed work for marketing and portfolio purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

9. Confidentiality

• All project information will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services.
   

10. Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Refunds are not available for completed work.
   

11. Limitation of Liability

• Rendr Flow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

• Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
   

12. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Queensland.
   

By engaging Rendr Flow’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
